The FOLIO Implementation Group reports that the five Round IV institutions are combing through their “go live” decisions to see if any can be downgraded. Currently there are too many, and development teams cannot get to them all in time for implementation.

The Metadata Management SIG was joined this week by Emma Boettcher, who reviewed the work done so far by the cross-SIG Item Status subgroup.

The Reporting SIG met with Technical Writer Marcia Borensztajn this week and is excited about the ideas she described for building and delivering technical documentation on reporting. The SIG continues to prepare for the Reporting FOLIO Forum presentation in July to demonstrate report queries developed for the Library Data Platform (LDP), as well as working on identifying personal data to meet GDPR compliance. The SIG also has a need for a Test Data Developer to assist the reporting community with curating and generating test data for our development environment, so that report writers can test their queries with substantial data sets.
